bcc / bc can hide identity kind of, however, be aware if any recipient replies all it can expose the list of recipients o that responder. Unortunately the safest way is to send it individually to each recipient, in outlook you should be able to create a vba routine to send an email to each user individually with the same content
Reply:You need to blind copy them.

On yahoo mail, open a new message.

On the right hand side of the "to" box you will see a note in blue saying "show BCC"

Click on this and you will have a new box "BCC"

All the email addresses which you put in here will not be seen by anyone else who you send the email to.
Reply:When I have a list to email out, I guard their identity by entering their addresses on the bcc, and I send the email to my email address. So I receive a copy, then the entire list goes out bcc.
