My Email storage is full, How do i clean up my email storage area?

One of my email storage capacity is full. So i want to clean up the storage area. But i have some impartant mails to take backup at the same time i want to clean up the storage area of my email id. How do i do this will it be a lengthy process. Please help me

You should delete unnecessary files on your inbox and on your personal folders. BULK messages does not add on the storage on your mail. Download your files and and burn it on CD or DVD. Then, after downloading, you can delete it since you have now the back-up copy.





I may suggest that you may sign up Gmail account.Over 2872.677697 megabytes (and counting) of free storage so you'll never need to delete another message.

Go to your Yahoo! Mail page (the new one)


click 'Addresses'


click 'Addresses Options'


click 'Transfer Contacts to Yahoo!'


Enter your password


click 'Sign in'


Press 'I Agree'


Now enter your old and new Yahoo! Address and click 'Start Transfer' at the bottom-right of that page.
Reply:Just click and hold to the message you want to delete and drag to the trash at the side of your mail one after the other before you know it you are done with all you want to delete.
Reply:Maybe you should upgrade to the new yahoo beta version. I think you can use more storage with that sort of emails.
