How can I delete my attachments from my email?

I still have items that were sent to me as attachments that are still there and I want to get rid of them but I don't know how
How can I delete my attachments from my email?
You can not get rid of the attachments and keep the email. You have to delete the email in order to get rid of the attachment.





Same goes with photos and other format of files.
