I receive some messages sent to my pop email account on my blackberry and not others. How do i fix this?

the sender and recipient email addresses are exactly the same, and yet somtimes i get the email and sometimes i don't. Is this a blackberry internet access issue? can reception play a role (i.e. if i am in an area of bad reception will it simply drop the email? ) All the emails arrive on my Microsoft Outlook on my PC no problem...but some make it to my blackberry others don't. Is this common? Any ideas what the culprit may be and/or how to fix it?

Check if Outlook leaves a copy of the emails on the server, this happened to me too!!!





Open Microsoft Outlook.


Click on Tools.


Scroll to and select E-mail accounts.








Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and then click on the Next button.








Highlight your ISP account and click on Change.








Click on More Settings.








Click on the Advanced tab.








Checkmark "Leave a copy of messages on the server" and click OK.








Click Next.








Click Finish to complete the changes.
