I have an online email account with Microsoft Outlook Web Access. I want to set it up on regular Outlook, so that I can look at my email without having to pull it up in a browser. Can anyone help me? There's 10 pts in it for you!

We could only show you the steps of setting up your Outlook since we don't know your e-mail settings. Go to the link below and it will show you step by step guide with Outlook 2003. Perhaps if you tell us your e-mail provider we could look up the settings for you.
