Why can't I click and paste a photo into my email message?

I want to send photos from other sites and don't want to download and save them on my computer. Why can't I simply click and paste the item into the yahoo email message area?

There are two kinds of email. Plain text or HTML. You can only paste pictures into the HTML type. With plain text they have to be sent as an attachment. How you do all this depends on what email program you use so without knowing this theres is not much more I can add without confusing things.

Reply:because you cant. you have to right click on the pic and go to save as..save onto your computer and then to send them in an email just download them as an attachment.
Reply:try finding the picutre on the internet and right clicking and then send in e-mail otherwise you have to save them and attach then since that's the only way photos can be sent is as files or attachements what you might try is to save them, then attch the file and send the message once you know for certain that the recipient has recieved it, then delete the pics from your hard drive and then be sure to empty the recycle bin to completly get rid of them
