Ok, so my mom called AT%26amp;T a year ago to get access to the internet and they said that they were going to send a modem from them.It came and i installed it and everything. It said to put an email address i would like. Can i change it? Do i have to call AT%26amp;T to change it?

The "Master" account can't be changed. You can have up to 10 active sub account accounts with AT%26amp;T. If you want to get a sub account here is what you need to do.
Navigate to the My Account %26amp; Billing tab of the Member Center. It can be found here: http://att.yahoo.com/accounts.
Look for the Sub Account table in the page.
Click the Create button.
