What is wrong with my email? Ever since the site was "upgraded" it basically doesn't work anymore.

Buttons to "move," "forward," "reply" don't work. Shortcut options don't work, either. I cannot do anything with my email except read it, and then it doesn't change color to show it's been read.

I don't know why it's happening but u can contact yahoo and report the problem, or just pot it beck to classic mail.

Reply:That meens that the new upgrade program that u did put 2 many viruses in it:)
Reply:Usually, whenever there's an upgrade to anything, a few bugs come along for the ride. Your email provider will work to eliminate the bugs, but it will take a little time. Just be patient, and, soon, they'll have everything fixed, until the next upgrade comes along... ;)

Reply:Switching back to 'classic' email won't help. I never switched to the 'new' email, and I have been having constant problems with my email for several weeks now--takes forever for a message to open. That is, of course, if it opens at all. I usually end up getting a cutesy ( and more and more annoying every time I get it!), canned an error message stating that my email is temporarily inaccessible, that the problem is on their end (DUH!!), and they're frantically working to fix the problem.





Anyone else having similar service problems? I sent them an email earlier today to try to find out what's going on, but haven't yet received a reply. It's all getting to be very annoying...
