Insert the flash card, click start, then My Computer. Open the drive that contains the flash drive. Go to the email, select forward. High light the email by holding down the left mouse key and dragging the cursor over the email. Right click on the email and select copy. Go to the open flash drive folder and right click the mouse key and select paste. a copy of your email should be there. You can now remove the flash card or add more.
